today I ate

Yogurt + blue berries+ granola and a cup of coffee so approx 320 cals
Then for lunch I had a korean taco which are about 300 calories
I had a big supper of an omelette with some string beans a small salad and a cup of coffee so about 550 calories.
About an hour ago I was feeling peckish so I had some more yogurt and blueberries 200 calories.
Give or take 1370 calories. I usually eat less but I biked to and from school today and I was at the gym yesterday so I figured it was a good day to cheat a bit. I used to be 300 lbs but I am so far down to 198 lbs and not done.

Before walking in public was so much more tiring and forget about biking, the fatigue combined with the low self esteem and body image issues made it shitty to go outside.
