Basically I found a routine that I liked, ate a lot of calories and made sure to get my macros and micros. just be sure to get enough of what you need, and to eat at a surplus. Half the time all I did was shovel down food. a lot of fitness happens in the kitchen, and there's tons of recipes archived on both /fit/ and /ck/ that even a monkey could follow. I also started cooking in larger quantities as well as in advance, pic related. It's good, easy and good for you. Supplements can also help out, if you're not getting enough from your food alone. Honestly though, I'd just take the time to read the /fit/ sticky to get a good idea and read a little bit about nutrition in general
