black jansports can usually have the label taken off and look 50% better
black TNF packs can into techninja
everlane zips in most colors (i've never liked the snap)
if you want to go higher in price then troll around ssense and yoox for designer items
pic is a faithful pack i own that's waterproof af and can be found for ~$70 or so
