Let's have a Levi's thread!

What's your favorite fit?
What's your favorite wash?
How often do you wear them?

>> No.6198794

Which is better? Button fly or zipper fly jeans?

>> No.6198795

Levis are pleb jeans because they are not base japanese denim and they dont have the red line

the red line makes japanese jeans better because they are crafted by the most experienced samurai

that is right the jeans are made by the art of bushido which means "pants of cotton"

I've got a pair of 501STFs that I love to death, but they're pretty faded and fit looser than I like, so I mostly reserve them for hiking, yard work, sunday hangovers, etc. (pic related)

Thinking about getting a pair of LVC jawns when I have some cash to spare, but I'm torn between the 1947 501XX and the 1960's 605, which is their first skinny jean. Any thoughts one way or the other?

I don't think they make button fly 514s. Do you know if they were called "rigid" when you got them? That's usually levi's code for raw, or close to it. In that case, they should get less rough with more wear and washes.

Every fucking day.
Once I get a job I want to invest in some N&F super skinny jeans though. I wish Levi's would make raw cuts for their skinny jeans instead of just the 501 STF.
Here's my current favorite pair, 510 Ebony Rigid. I have put in about 3 months of continuous (and sometimes strenuous) wear.

Levis' have some pretty inconsistent quality. One pair of 511's I have shrunk pretty tight, and another pair of 511's I have fit me relatively well.

If you have a BMI > 20, you really have no business in anything slimmer than tapered jeans... It looks really bad, and you're probably deluding yourself.
