Spend money on some nice European sunglasses if you want to look classy, e.g. Persol. You can get these on eBay for half price sometimes.

I bought a jacket off of uniqlo that I really dig but the sleeves are too long unless I cuff them. It was on sale for like $30 so I don't think it's worth tailoring. My mom told me that since there's a little bit of decorative detailing in the interior of the sleeve that it's probably OK to do it but she tells me a lot of things. "Boyfriend Blazers" are super popular now too, but those tend to have more flamboyant interiors with stripes and shit.

The thing is, I actually really like how it looks cuffed. And women's fashion is definitely more flexible than men's when it comes to weird details like that, but I still don't want to look like a dumb bitch who bought a jacket that was too big when I go to job interviews and shit.

Cuffing blazers is an 80's look for men. Cuffed blazers for women is acceptable although maybe not for an interview. Tailoring the blazer may not be too expensive, it depends on if the cuffs are functional or have stitching for button holes. If they don't then it is very simple and shouldn't cost very much. If not, then it can still be shortened a little without being disproportional.

Yes, but are the buttons simply sewn on or is there also a set of stitches for the button hole? If it's just buttons and a false placket then all you need to do is snip them off and reattach them a little further down. Then you just have to shorten the sleeve.

Ah, if there are stitches for the hole then that's trickier since you can't really move the hole. You can shorten it a little without it looking weird but only a little. You may need to wear it a little long. If it is very long then you'll need to consider getting another jacket.

What I had in my mind was that if I cut it at just the right spot I would be able to move the top two buttons down and just have the holes sewn onto the interior, but I looked at it again and there's really not enough space between them for that to be possible.
