Something that helps me with dry scalp and spraying a solution of 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar and 1/2 water onto my scalp and leaving it on for 30 minutes before shampooing. It really helps.

I usually cut my own hair, I think ive fucked up, its kind of all uneven. It combs great and looks like how I want it, but when not combed right it looks pretty fucking retarded.
