Can we all get along and say that Daniel Craig have the best Bond clothes in the movie Skyfall?
This man is god of clothing for me, the art of mixing relaxed and classy as fuck looks, from the navy peacot with a white shirt, gen plaid gray pants and a black tie and a oncecut deep black shoes, to a skyblue shirt with flower motifs a 1930 levi's leather jacket, cream white pants and brown boots, or a suede jacket with a blue sweater, and a brown scarf

This man knows how to dress, it blows my mind, i'm the "perfect suit' kind of guy, but when i see what he wears, i just can't help myself

You mean the army of tailors and stylists hired by the production company know how to dress him

Nigga you dumb. The production team hires several people to design and or pick out the best outfits for him (and the other actors)
And 99.99% of the pieces are at least in some way tailored.

Skyfall is definitely the best dressed bond film. Everyone one of his outfits are fucking epic. The suits are more understated than they were in CR and QoS which I felt was a better choice as Bond wasn't about his clothes but he still came out /fa/ as fuck

I don't think he had much control over what to wear in the film, as it was a joint-operation between Tom Ford and Jany Temime.

You are right thought that it's a modern fit. Still, suits too skinny and short - as is contemporary - are hideous and should be burned.

This.

First two movies, CR - Brioni and then QoS - TF, were great. Brioni made a more classic silhouette and TF were more aggressive.

This shit is overly tight, and not even stylishly so. I've worked at a high end tailor/haberdashery and I wouldn't let a customer walk out of the store in a suit looking like that.

Just look at the sleeves, the legs, the pulling at the shelf of the neck, the fucking obvious COLLAR GAP.

You need to get your eyes checked.
Picture related, this is how TF are meant to be worn. TF himself (or his head tailor, rather) is not to blame though, but the retarded costume director of Skyfall. Stupid bitch.

>> No.6143403

That might be more comfortable, but Bond's fit looks far better - and when people watch the movie people are looking at the suits, not wearing them.

I felt his trousers were too tight as well. And I really didn't like the shorter jackets. Personally, I thought Ralph Fiennes styled all over Craig.

>> No.6143500

>>6143403
A clean, well tailored suit that's slim fitting will always look better than a suit that's slim and ill fitting (ie. lots of pulling going on).

Women like shoulder-to-waist ratio (jacket drop) and length. Massive amounts of pulling will detract from the sleek v-shape a good jacket should create, as well as make the wearer appear shorter due to more activity going on that's in multiple directions.
