If you are asking if peacock works then it probably wont work for you.

You have to want to do it. It has to be you. You have to have a flamboyant, eccentric, outgoing personality OR get really good at learning to achieve one.

If you go out peacocking and feel like a retard then you will act and be perceived as a retard.

But if you go out thinking its the funniest shit ever that will capture attention and get the attention on you so you can then work your magic(sometimes literally) then go for it.
