You can order a catalog from them for custom orders. I'm thinking about doing something similar to you. Rough out suede with a vibram sole. It'll look a lot like the Virgil except more rugged. They did a similar concept not too long ago with Inventory.

I'm pretty indifferent. I'm not a huge fan of mixing and matching leather and suede like that.

The vamp stitching and eyelet placement are different on each boot. They're just different shoes overall. I'm not sure about the last, IIRC they are interchangeable, as well as the toe shape.

I wish I could get virgils but dat price and dat small sizing means I'll never own a pair.

Are these dadcore?

>> No.6107498

that's the problem. there's nothing about this boot that makes it intrinsically more "daddish" than any other boot. your boots are fine. if you like them, and they look good, why give a shit if some idiot on this board says they're too "dadcore"

>> No.6107534

>>6107477
Are you really worried about the "dadcore" label? "Dadcore" is just another stupid buzzword thrown around this board. As far as footwear is concerned, anything that is not an overpriced sneaker is considered dadcore.

And, no, those IRs are not dadcore. I have a pair like those. I wear them because I like them.

Those cheap boots look like crap and will probably look awful after a little wear.

Good leather looks fucking awesome after creasing up and taking some damage.

It's so embarassing...

>> No.6107901

Yup, I had one day like that a few months ago. ONE DAY. I decided to wear jeans and sneakers, and ran into a cute sorority girl I had just met. It felt so awful that that was the last time I casually wore sneakers.

I don't have any nice sneakers (only converse), so when I wear them I just feel like a basic bitch.

How do people let themselves wear sweats outside? Even when I looked "bad" I still managed to put on jeans.
