you say its been done before, but in actuality it hasn't. they are similar but not exact, which is acceptable because they both come from the same designer. Hedi says true to his aesthetic and there is nothing wrong with that. Also Hedi always wanted his own label but it was never granted, so a part of Hedi doesn't really give a shit about the brands heritage and he just does whatever he wants since the CEO of YSL's parent company really wanted Hedi.

I liked YSL when I first started to get into fashion, this was maybe when I was 16ish. It definitely has a target audience, but everyone who has money jumps on it because of the name. It's a damn shame, because being 6'3" and weighing 155 lbs I am the perfect fit for everything Hedi designs now days..
