Ausfag here, going to America in 2 months.
Saving up to buy a tonne of cheap, good clothes over there since my wardrobe is tiny and I'm running out of decent looking clothes.
Question is; What's really in men's fashion at the moment/what's coming into fashion?
And where can I buy these things?
Not looking to spend a lot of money, still in college working part time.
thanks heaps

Good. But you'll need to give us more information, including:
body type, personal style description, PRICE RANGE,things you already have that you like, things you're looking for, the part of the USA you will be visiting.

Body type- Average/skinny
Personal style- At the moment, it's band tees and jeans with blank hoodies but that's exactly why I want a new wardrobe. Looking to get patterned walkshorts, tanks with long holes down the sides, maybe a few patterned shirts, a few casual tees and some more shorts. It'll be going in to summer when I get back.
Price range- Cheap as possible without being shit. Looking for bargains like 20 for tees, 20-45 for shorts, 30-50 for shirts. As I said, I don't have much to spend but I'm not looking to buy more than 15 items
I'm visiting San Fransisco for 4 days, NY for three weeks and Las Vegas for 4 days.

Any advice is appreciated :)

Fellow ausfag here
Stay away from most if the cheap basic tees, the quality isn't great. Uniqlo is your best bet, but when you're in New York head down to the village cause there's some really good little stores around there
I actually got a H&M button down whih is really nice and I get complimented on it all the time. It was like $30. But most of the stuff there is crap so watch out.

I'll have heaps of time in NY to sort through all the shit. I don't really know what I'm looking for but I know what's shit.

If you don't have much money I would suggest buying two jackets and/or sweaters and several shirts. It's more acceptable to be seen wearing outerwear day after day and you can combine them with the different shirts which tend to be cheaper then trousers.
