Try using just conditioner for a few days and see if that helps. My hair does the same thing with shampoo and I found that helped me a lot. Keep in mind that that's just my experience and your hair may not take to it as well as mine did.

When I work out/sweat my ass off my hair gets really curly, generally its wavy but I want to keep my curls.

I feel like my hair isn't getting greasy enough any more. I've been doing no poo for a while. I wash it in the morning with just water and for not that long. Try and just get the scalp cleaned and then get it out of the water. Then I dry it with the towel. I think that's it. I'm drying it too much with the towel and too little air dry. Anyone else experience this?

Haven't been much physically active lately too so maybe that's it.

What can you do with a blonde medium-length hair? My hair is also a little curved (doesn't look good, trust me) and pretty hard to contain, if you know what I mean.

To make my hair not "spread out" in every direction, I have to use alot of wax which in turn makes my hair look all greasy and annoying.

If you want something more modern:
American Crew and Axe actually make a good pomade. The cast of Mad Men use the American Crew one.

This is how I style my hair so I tend to use Bryllcreem during the winter (sweat it out during summer and it's kind of greasy) and Groom & Clean and a fingertip of Axe Pomade. I want to try the AC stuff but it's 16 USD a tin.

Oh and styling the haircut is simple. Part it like you would normally, ensuring it's a nice crisp clean part. To get the wave in front just comb your bangs back onto your head. If you want it a little higher, see the pic to the left. Essentially your hair is going to look like pic related from the side. Yo guys, I've wasted so much money on hair products in the last while trying to figure out what works for me and so far the only thing that gives any kind of desirable results is a little cheap pomade and some gel, but it makes my hair feel awful after a while. I've tried Pomade alone and it does literally nothing, I also have the Crew Fiber and it works for a while but after an hour or two it starts to make my hair super flat and greasy (same thing happened with some KMS paste I bought).
Does anyone else have this problem? I'm thinking the wax products are just too heavy for my hair or something, but I'm so sick of using gel.

I have had a HY for a couple of years. I moved to a small town a while back and felt like the most fashionable guy there. Now, suddenly the HY has hit and every kid from the age of 12 to every guy to the age of 28 has one. I need something new. I've let it grow out for a couple of months, so it is an inch and a half to two inches long on the sides, and pretty long on the top (it goes to my eyes). I've had it slicked back but my hair is really thick, hard to manage, and its got too long to sit right while slicked now (it centre-parts). I don't know whether to keep growing to manbun as I looked good with long hair when I was younger. However it feels awkward and looks awful in that inbetween stage as the back and sides catch up, it tickles round the ears, it is a goshdarn nuisance. Do i stick it out? How do I wear it? Giving my all natural and effective shampoo recipe that so far...is fucking awesome:

Conditioner:

You're retarded. You wash out the fucking baking soda which is the basic part and the APPLE CIDER vinegar (which is not the same as regular vinegar) is weakly acidic and balances out the pH of your hair.
