I think your lower jaw is fine now. I think you'd look good after a rhinoplasty, grew some facial hair and did something with your hair. Perhaps color it and gel it. Your lower jaw doesn't need anymore surgery, it's retracted only a few mm which some people have. Christian Bale has a similar slightly weak chin.

Underbite here, pretty much in the same boat. I figure if I ever got it done I'd have to move back in with my parents while I recovered, plus it's expensive as fuck so they'd probably have to foot part of the bill. Consequently I've never mentioned it.

I was a really bad case so I was shut for a while. Being in the hospital sucked giant dick. Face was all swollen and it was hard to breath sometimes because my nose was congested all the time. After 3 days of hospital I went home for the next 6 weeks or so. That was not too bad. Watched a lot of animu and learned some web dev stuff.
Worst part: learning too eat. All of it is blended and you have to eat with a straw/syringe thing. I ate five blended meals a day and I don't eat a lot in the first place.
It was very worth it in the end.

yeah i was underbite too. got ortho to fix that but ended up with pretty noticeable crook after. can't even chew on the left side but no pain so getting it fixed would be totally cosmetic. all the dentists who i've seen rec against it, sounds like a pretty srs bsns operation.

I was on drugs the first few days, so no pain there.
After that I was just uncomfortable and got light headed easily. Sat around a lot.
My parents brought me to Mayo Clinic because they wanted it done well. It has been about 9 months and my braces are off, meaning everything is done. I had no nerve damage or complications.
