I did both, my goal was to lose as much fat possible. I didn't give a fuck about MUH GAINS. I just wanted to be skinny.

I did really light weight lifting though, just to get my heart pumping and lose more fat. Basically, ran 2-3 miles daily, come home, rest for 10 minutes and lift. It's a hard journey, but it's worth it.

But basically, if you wanna lose fat, just do cardio, if you wanna build muscle lift.

Not to sound like an asshole, but ive been reading about a huge number of these brands for years, and im well aware of the types of clothing that are out there. I mean its nice that you think youre offering some sort of new knowledge to me, but honestly i feel that a lot of japanese streetwear can be extremely gimmicky with a much heavier focus on detailing that im interested in.
