I have consumed 400g of cottage cheese in the morning + 250ml of fruit shake (banana, kiwi, strawberry, soya milk), 300g rice pudding at college and 500g chicken with rice, went back home and had around 400g chicken with rice, 400ml of soup a bit later and 50g fish. Now munching on dried fruit (bananas, nuts, etc) around 100g.

Around 2,4kg of food.

It is true about the soya milk, increases the production of feminine hormones if I'm not mistaken or whatever, but only if you consume moderate amounts each day. I don't drink that much. Almond and rice milk also does the job well if you don't want to drink normal milk.

Your mornings seem fine. The most important thing is sticking to your diet. Eating a lot 5 days in a month and then messing up in the rest isn't gonna do any good. Anyways that was me for the past few years.
