Yep, the large majority of the quotes come from the same thread on SZ. There are some that come from other SZ threads, but they are all mostly referring to the older models. Now, from my experience, the quality of the SS13 geos are excellent. I've only worn them about 10 times so far and the sole is wearing down at the same rate as any other shoe.

Most of them still predate the sawtooth sole design. There's that one thread complaining about the newer geos and a post on mfa that I see. Some of those quotes seem to be bashing rather than actual complaints and others aren't even talking about shoes.

I guess I'll just have to see first hand if the durability of the newer geos are better.
