It has nothing to do with fashion but fitness and lack of bullshit cosmetic procedures and even makeup. Most women in the 2000's for one weren't fatfucks. They actually cared about being fit and didn't glorify obesity like today. They exercised, and at the very least, ate normal food most of the times and not processed junk. And most of all, regular women getting cosmetic procedures like fillers and botox to look like the current negro celebrity was unheard of. Most of them barely even wore any makeup to begin with.

But today, thanks the cancerous ubiquity of social media and its influence, every woman from 16 to 60 wants to look like some degenerate fake plastic social media "influencer" and reality TV "star", who are often completely fake and have every cosmetic procedure under the sun done on them.
