It's curly but it's always damaged and honestly I wish it was just wavy, I cant find a haircut that I feel good with neither, sometimes I cut my hair and it gros a little and it looks good for like 2 weeks but then it goes back top being terrible.
I try to take care of it by washing it only twice per week, I use condition and leave in conditioner to try to repair it and keep it moisturized too but I don't feel like it does much.

your hair is frizzy because it's dry. you likely stripped all of the oils out of it with powerful junk shampoo and then never replaced them.

don't shampoo your hair every time you shower, only when your hair is actually legitimately dirty or saturated with oils. for me that's usually 7-10 days depending on length of hair.

use conditioner after you shampoo. a leave-in kind might work best. from there every time you shower wet your hair and just use conditioner (no shampoo) as needed. if your hair is looking nice and healthy just give it a rinse and don't use anything, or just don't even wash it period.

after a wash press hair with towel and then let it air dry. do not comb it, do not run your fingers through it and break up the clumps, just let it do what it wants and dry on its own.

do not buy bullshit anti-frizz products. stick to natural sulphate-free shampoos and natural oil conditioners. all you have to do is not fucking dry the fuck out of your hair and you will get nice curls instead of frizz.
