I'm thinking of buying the M65 GIANT jacket from Brandit. Looks great to me but the black ink and ugly fonts turn me off of it. How could I remove the lettering but not removing the stitching?

I got the M65 from brandit, it's just the original military spec, with removable lining and no tack patches and stitches. It doesn't feel high end but it's nice enough and it cost me around 50 euros on Amazon.
