The parfum? No. It’s not even listed on the official Dior website, let alone finding it in any stores. I’ve heard it suggested it’s something to do with being in the US, but it could be BS.
I did end up blind buying it though, so we’ll see.

>>17905716
I wish you peace brother. I just spent (only) 500$ on discovery sets, a couple blind buys, a couple bottles I’ve been wanting to get, and a bunch of decants. There’s still like 2-3 bottles I want to get but I do genuinely believe I’ll soon collect them all in one place, and seeing that much smelly water together will make me realize I have enough.
>Currently everything I own is ‘out of sight, out of mind’ in the bottom of a dark closet.

>>17905841
The man is a gift to perfumery. Personally I favor Mousse Illuminee, but those are all fine as well.

>>17906151
Just going to parrot what >>17906169 said, those are all excellent and worth trying.

>>17905990
I feel your pain. You are essentially going through the same problem I currently am. So many fantastic scents that overlap and yet are wholly unique, I just want to keep enjoying them. Variety is the spice of life. >>17906015 Is essentially correct though, you buy things in small amounts, LOTS of them, and as you run out and crave more, you make your next purchase a little bigger. First a 2ml decant. Then a travel spray, if they have it / 10ml decant. Then a full bottle, on the smaller side.
You just have to learn through experience though. I made the mistake of starting off buying full bottles of things that I did truly enjoy, but should have only got them in a ~10 ml decant. Live, learn, enjoy life and the beautiful smells it has to offer.

All right, how do you clowns apply your fragrances? I personally only do two sprays to the upper chest, I’ve been told that one spray of Pineapple Vintage Intense was too much by a girl before. I don’t know if scents just project more off of me or what, but I do run hot. And there’s no way my skin could handle applying to the neck after I shave.

Reposting from last thread, with better formatting
>Preemptive warning, noselet take here

Depends on what you like, but I think Bianchi’s DNA is so similar you try a couple things and realize most smell too similar. Good mind you, but too similar to own more than one. For me those were Black Knight, Sticky Fingers, and Etruscan Water. Picked up the Etruscan Water, and would recommend.

I used to think the same of BeauFort London until I sampled more of their line. My cliff notes version on each of theirs, but mind you the noselet comment again, so ymmv
>TM and RR
Both peppery scents, with RR being a little more earthy.
>Tonnerre
HEAVY tar and smoke, with a faintly aquatic opening. Imagine floating in the middle of the ocean and getting hit in the face with the hull of a burning ship. You were briefly aware you were in the water but now your nose is pressed against tarred timbers soaked in creosote. I like it but in a weird way. Worth buying but only 10ml or less.
>Lignum Vitae
Weird sweet gourmand.
>Acrasia
Smells like bubblegum, however upon re-reading some of the OP’s FAQ info, supposedly we associate… Iris? with bubblegum smell. I don’t remember. Anyway, yeah, bubblegum that dries down into a faintly metallic smell.
>Iron Duke
I highly recommend. Similar to Acrasia to my nose in the sense that it starts out sweet (but much less so) evolves into a faintly soapy, leaning leathery scent, and dries down to the same metallic notes as Acrasia, but stronger/better.
Really do love Iron Duke.
>Coeur de Noir
Haven’t sampled, ID had enough leather for me didn’t feel the need.
>Fathom V
Shove your nose into a (generic) flower and take a deep whiff. Noselet can’t differentiate, to me I associated it with a rose bush, but been told it’s white.
>Vi Et Armis
Couldn’t get past the opening. No idea what it was but I’ve always assumed it was the opium, literally turned my stomach.

>t. Verbose and pedantic, had to shorten length to post.

It is a US thing, I live in Poland and Fahrenheit Parfum can be found for testing in some stores.
It's a really nice fragrance. Not really oriental though. Just imagine the OG Fahrenheit but sweeter, smoothed out with extra vanilla and a bit of booziness, not as rough on the gasoline leather.

Depends on the frag and your personal (and your wife/girlfriend/lay of the day) preference.
Some frags can be quite strong with just one or two spray, like what happen to me with my Mancera Lemon Aoud.
Then there's frag that will require a ton of sprays just so people can notice them, like me and my Burberry London.
Also if you just want the scent to be personal and not annoying other people, a few spray is enough.

To be honest a lot of frag companies failed to make tropical country friendly frags because their frag designers born and live in 4 season countries.
Ironically, I found great hot and humid friendly frags from local brand. I also put my frag in smaller 10ml spray bottle because I know the smell will be gone in 3-4 hours when the weather is unforgiving.

Bros, should I pull the trigger on T&M?
I've been on the lookout for something properly SMOKEY, DARK and HARDCORE but so far everything's been lowkey disappointing for me, even if neatly smelling. For example, to me Encre Noire extreme literally just smells like a sweetish midrange liqueur, even if a nice one. Black Incense Malaki just paints the picture of a sweetened cognac with honey in a cabin out innawoods in the cold winter(again, I love it, but there's nothing really DARK or transgressive about it).
So, would T&M prove to be actually dark, or, alternatively, what would anon recommend?

I would argue it’s less about the actual scent and more about the projection. You can wear something as gourmand or spicy sweet as you like, but if they can’t smell it until they’re standing next to you, it’s fine.
>e.g. Ganymede has pretty strong projection for me, and could definitely be argued isn’t office friendly. I had the same experience with BI.
Conversely, Sauvage is the definition of a mass appealing scent, but if you’re dropping elixir in the office, people may complain.

No, and I'm not eventrying to be a contrarian but there is some "molecule" (i guess) in this that makes the whole sauvage line smell like a very linear unpleasant synthetic note. Anatomica is just a collection of anatomical drawings dating back about a thousand years, simply showcases different nations and cultures approaches to anatomy and the human body.

Black Orchid is quite floral, I've found it best to use it in the morning and layer on something a little more woody and musky in the afternoon. It works well enough on it's own, but pair it with an outfit and other scents that compliment it's light, floral appeal. Definitely a summer or spring fragrance

If you had tried the original Spicebomb or Spicebomb Extreme when they were first released you’d know they used to be quite fantastic. That is, they both still smell quite good, unfortunately they have undergone the fate of most all L'Oréal fragrances where if they gain any modicum of popularity they are reformulated to the absolute minimum possible longevity and sillage.

Spicebomb Extreme used to last for hours on end and fill a room akin to Sauvage Elixir and Bois Imperial. Now it generally goes skin scent in half an hour or less.

The original release formulations were exquisite. The current smelly water they put into the bottles isn’t worth a bottle of tap water.
