How do I deal with x stain?
>mud: allow it to dry then brush off

No they are filled with synthetic materials aimed at instant comfort but will not hold up to actual use.
>b-b-but muh ecelebs on youtube said they're good
no. you will waste your time and money and still have uncomfortable footwear at the end of the day. spend the extra $100 and get something real.

I had a dream I bought C&J Snowdons. But I noticed that the welt stitching had torn the upper leather to pieces. So I decided to look further into it and pushed the upper and and midsole apart a little bit more and saw that the entire boot was being held together internally by a bunch of those plastic clips that you use to attach shower curtains to the pole.

Should I reconsider buying the boots?

Anonski, I'm a yuropoor. They don't deliver here. I would have had a pair already. The only ones that deliver either don't have a man's size and color, are literal trash, or are too expensive. Ariat don't deliver black ones to yurop for whatever reason. One of those meme websites like bootbarn or whatever don't stock size 11s, and they also sell garbage brands. Thursday released a pair of ropers somewhat recently, although those are literal shit and reddit. Chisos are too expensive when you add the shipping and import taxes, and also have that annoying red line accent on the heel for no reason at all. I'm literally cursed I can't get a pair of decent black size 11 ropers. I literally have to travel to the US to get a pair. What's worse is that I had a chance to travel to Wilmington for work but I thought it wasn't worth it at the time. What a fucking waste man. I would have been able to literally walk into a store and found the perfect pair that was made just for me. I want to die.

Not a boot but I wore my new split toes for the first time yesterday.

I went double sole because honestly no one cares and it's so much more comfy.

I think these might actually be my best fitting shoes so far. Only thing I'm worried is that the facings touch when I lace them tightly, I wonder how that will evolve once the footbed sinks in. Might need a tongue pad?
For now it's very secure and comfy though, the instep is not loose at all.

I have been deciding on whether to get some Role Clubs or Clinch engineers. They both have very different designs, but both seem to be at the top of the game. It’s just almost impossible to get a pair of Clinch because they rarely ever go on sale and they usually sell out immediately. The role clubs happened to be available so I said fuck it. One of the best looking engineers, also one of the few hand welted engineers on the market

They aren’t $1000 better, but that’s what happens with any hobby or interest when you start to purchase items that are ranked at the upper echelon of quality. In other words, Role Clubs are a perfect example of diminishing returns. For sure they have a perfect shape and silhouette, have great stitching, and are hand welted, but they really aren’t $1000 more in quality compared to Whites. It’s just that Brian knows he has a perfect looking engineer that is one of the few hand welted engineers on the market, so he can charge what he wants. When European do outdoor things. We wear actual performance sport gears. American larp in "work boots", putting on a little fashion show for some puny walk, many times just back and forth your hip craft beer joint.

The people who dress in that kind of boots are into muh heritage americana fashion, boots like red wing, viberg are for fashion reason. European native boots brands don't cater to that fashion.

Varies widely, but as a general rule do kot expect an e-mail answered or a call om weekends. Unless we're talking about tech support.

Not as many as you think and diminishing each year. So far it's had zero positive impact on tbe economy ot employment. Turns out making it easier and cheaper to fire people leafs to massive layoffs instead of more hirings.

It depends, I worked for years at a very customer-centric big chain and you got chewed put for everything even if ot was not your fault. The pay wasn't even close to worth the stress. Carmina "Calways" arrived

Color is chestnut karagrain, a little darker than the photo. Like a mid-dark brown with a hint of burgundy.
Last is Forest EEE. I'm normally UK10.5 but went UK11 because Forest is a little short and I want to use thick socks with them.
Sole is the commando sole made from rubber milkers. I forget the name.

I regret not doing storm welt.
The leather is super soft and pliable, a little waxy, I love it.
The sole is so soft you can squish it. Extremely comfy and silent too. But will it last? Also a tiny bit unstable.

The fit is excellent, there's a little bit of excess leather at the start of the shaft on the inside area, close to the ankles.

I'll post a second photo but that one looks very red.

It would have looked a bit less dressy with storm welt
It's not a huge regret or anything I just feel that if we spend so much money on welted shoes, maybe it's not a bad idea to show this welt a little bit.
Without a storm welt, Carmina completely hides the welt under the upper. It's very tightly trimmed.
