(This one's dial looks awful but there are some that look quite good for 20USD)
Also, can someone explain to me what the fuck happened to the movement in these watches? How can some of them be so rusty?

Compare the movement decoration to an equivalent Patek or VC and you have your answer. Lange is a bit of a different story. I'd say the decoration is very similar but their design language is very different and of course Lange is known for their higher complications while Moritz Grossman is known for their simple 3 handers.

And here's the second gshock. Just finished painting the letters in. Am a little disappointed. The bezel was supposed to be clear not opaque. If anyone knows if there's a method to make opaque plastic clearer let me know. The place to change the faceplate to white fell through since you need to remove the crystal to change it. I'll leave it as is for now. I still need to clean up the bezel a bit more but that's for an other night, I gotta get some sleep.

I have owned a lot of g-shock watches. I have owned many squares. For resin, full steel, negative display and regular display. I thought the steel one was too heavy desu. My current g-shock and my favorite so far is the one you have posted only with a regular display. I find the negative displays are cool, but they are nearly impossible to read in some circumstances. If i were you i would go for the regular display.

I still understand the appeal of negative displays though, but in reality it is not an optimal daily driver.
