About the samples, l'oudh is terrible on my nose, smells like a dirty swamp. Incense extreme is interesting for what it is, a green and fresh almost medicinal incense fragrance. And Lair du desert, we all know that's a good one.

Interesting that they put l'Oudh there as a sample, because is way too daring to give as a free sample to new customers

Oh, I didn’t see it, sorry. I am from Spain, here it is normal to always have perfumes at home, my hobby comes for my father and my grandfather, but for niche perfumery began 10 years ago when I worked in a store, It was a temporary job because I was studying at the time.
Top 3 classics fougeres for me: Azzaro Pour Homme, Givenchy Gentleman (1974), Tsar Van Cleef & Arpels.
For nostalgic reasons I will also say Puig Agua Brava (a chypre, actually) Loewe Pour Homme, and Puig Brummel.

Some cool things you could try without any order: Acqua Di Parma Essenza and Leather, Loewe 7 Anonimo, Houbigant Fougere Royale and Bois Mystique, Xerjoff Naxos and Alexandria II, Kemi Hayat, Olympic Orchids Night Flyer, Guerlain Habit Rouge, Dior Dune, Chanel Antaeus, Nasomatto Black Afgano and Pardon, Orto Parisi Terroni, Caron Yagatan, Tauer L’air du Desert Marocain and Lonestar Memories, YSL Opium pour Homme, Dior Fahrenheit Parfum, Gentleman Givenchy Intense, Kenzo Homme Eau de Parfum.

Maybe some of them you already know, but are the ones that have come to my mind

Alright, we're all rested up after the Lord's Day, and now it's time to review more IA scents. Yesterday I wore The Soft Lawn, and I have to admit it's even better than my initial impression led me to believe. The vetiver and oakmoss give it a firm base which the flowers and grapefruit can bounce off for a fun, sporty vibe. Not nearly as serious or intense as A City On Fire, so you can wear it to the office or at the grocery store without issue. Also, IA usually lists what I consider a joke ingredient: warm sand, first kiss, etc. Sometimes you can smell it, sometimes it's just marketing fluff. This one lists "fresh tennis ball" and I swear to god they nailed it, it took me back to my high school tennis team days. Performance was also good, three sprays got me about six hours without issue. I thought this would be second to ACOF, but honestly after some thinking it's the best IA frag I've smelled so far. Today I'm wearing Cape Heartache, I'll let y'all know what I think after I give it some more time to sit on me.

I work as an investment banker at a top bank and wear it to all important meetings including sealing big deals. This fragrance exudes pure confidence and class while having a masculine edge mogging all clean freshies of corpodrones you meet at work. But it’s definitely not a fragrance for everyone it’s too easy for it to wear you instead of you wearing NYI. We've got a fan favorite today, Cape Heartache. I can see where people say the strawberry is too intense, I found it rather syrupy with a kind of sickening sweetness that I don't really like very much. Thankfully for me, it seems to fade out pretty quick and you're left with a really nice full-bodied pine scent that doesn't remind me of cleaner or air freshener. Honestly, it smells just like Christmas. Sweets in the oven, pine tree in the living room, cozy and comfy under a blanket. I think this fragrance is gonna slot nicely into third place from an objective standpoint behind Soft Lawn and City On Fire, at least for now, but this definitely isn't something I'd wear in July because the winter connotations are way too strong.

Fox In The Flowerbed is a pretty mediocre fragrance. I'm personally not big on floral scents, I find them too feminine, and this absolutely fits the bill in that regard. You got your jasmine, your lilac, some other floral notes I don't recognize offhand, and a strong soapy smell, it's basically a perfect match for fancy women's bar soap. If you like that kind of thing go for it I guess, but I do not.
This has more to do with the marketing than the scent, but they say "oh don't be misled, there's nothing animalic about this scent" on the website and frankly I kinda wish there was. It would at least be more interesting that way. Next on the list is Telegrama, which I haven't heard anyone mention before.
