New to fragrances, but just picked up Versace Eros Flame after testing a bunch. I really dig the contrasts of both spice and sweet. Also, a little more subdued than the original Eros.

There were a few others that stood out. I think Prada Luna Rossa Black had a unique captivating scent. It smelt incredibly smooth and very "sensual". Dolce&Cabbanna The One had a pleasant woodsy, masculine scent. Something I would imagine a man's man would wear. I might buy these down the road.

Eros Flame isn't actually a bad first pick after testing. It's very modern, easy to like and powerful. Prada Luna Rossa Black is also great, a combination that absolutely has to be tested. One of the few vanilla fragrances which manage to give it an interesting twist. D&G The One is very pleasant and unique as well. Its unique smell is also its downfall - there's no way to make this combination last. Overall, I'd say good choices from the designer selection.

SOTD: Rochas L'Homme Aromatic Touch. Such an easy light slightly spiced spring/summer scent. It's crisp, light, and easy. Projection is good. Longevity is good. Rochas really makes some nice scents. The original L'Homme is also very nice as well as the new Mustache EdP

Yep I've had mine for I'd say some three years now. Strong stuff, just like people say. Dries down kinda floral-ish to me but the opening really has that bathroom/urinal cake smell going on. Actually once my toilet even smelled like Kouros when I went up to clean it.

the EDT is heavier on the gasoline
basically when they reformulated Fahreheit to make it closer to the original (taking out the designery vanilla base, making it more gasoliny etc.) they decided to make a flanker that goes the other way, going hard on the vanilla. they also made it boozy
the parfum is really nice, but it's more for someone who wants a modernised, sweeter version of the Fahrenheit DNA. great performance too

I actually debated whether to go sauvage parfume after using edp for two years, but i tested homme intense for the first time last week and immediately fell in love. Its such a classic but at the same time modern smell. Also I’ve grown tired of the lemon fragrance of sauvage and enjoy the leather focus of homme intense.

Oud Malaki is a nice tobacco that's definitely less sweet than those and pretty different than the whole "creamy sweet tobacco" DNA all of those fragrances aped from Chergui. still not completely devoid of sweetness though, it's more like semi-sweet to the "super sugary" profile all those have
