Hello frens. I just got this Seiko 5 Actus from 1969 or so. Thus far it runs good, I was able to set the date, but I can't figure out how to adjust the day of the week. It's currently one moonrune ahead because I bought it from Japan. Pushing the crown in only moves the date forward, and there doesn't seem to be a position where I can pull the crown out and then set the day/date like more contemporary watches.
Anyone know how to adjust it? I think it may have English days in there, too, but even just the right rune would be fine.

I was trying to buy a submariner but i couldn't find one and then i got really annoyed at rolex so i looked at the blackbay which was a huge rolex cope and then i looked into the u50 and it had really crazy specs and the look appealed to me so i got it a few months ago. My PVD Seiko arrived today. It’s very nice looking imo. Quality is so-so. Let’s see how she holds up. It came on a brown woven nato strap which I immediately switched out for the rubber. Can’t do nato straps. I’m thinking of getting a person strap or something and switching out the buckle and keeper. The rubber is ok for now though.
