Nothing similar. Recent Polo Green start nice fresh, green, dries down to an urinal cake scent.
Drakkar Noir is the best Fougere DNA ever created. Fresh, green, the lavender gives it an unique twist.

Ok Bros. Going to share a deep secret to look much more effay, others would pay millions for.
Saw an interview with Jeremy Fragrance:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCUUJoDSPjE
Essence of it is that someone must be in a state of constant hunger and pain. Like fucking girls but don't cum, fasting, literally restrain your fleshly needs, stop gaming-no instant Dopamin rush, literally live like a monk and your body will transform into Chad.
Think about it. When can have everything everywhere and everytime you want, you'll look like a bloated chubby female, because your test levels only will raise during hard times.
But because we live in easy times(no need to work, social welfare, fatty processed food, plastic in food, constant porn consumption etc.) most males look almost like females.
An easy, but deep pill to swallow.

It's nothing new. High fashion can look fantastic in the right time and place, but wear it down the high street and you'll look like a tool. The original cdg play, NOT PLAY RED, smells like the inside of a vcr, has this hot circuit board odor that is unmistakable, i bought that shit in highschool i was way ahead of the game.
Opens with a really sharp citrus, then hot electronics, then a sort of white musk aquatic/ozone vibe, but not aquatic like aqua di gio or something, it's different. One of my favorite CDG frags, been discontinued for years but you can still find bottles on ebay occasionally

My little collection

>Lomani Pour Homme:
Basically a Drakkar Noir clone, I can feel a hint of Cool Water too.
>Loewe 7:
Incense, clove, and green apple. I have the old version, the new one have different bottle and less clove and more apple. For me, It's the best designer incense ever made.
>CH Men Privé
Whiskey, grapefruit, and leather. Made to please women and nothing more. A little bit boring but you’re gonna get compliments.
>Davidoff Zino
My latest addition, smells much more modern than I expected. The dry down is extraordinary, try it, does not smell like grandpa. If Beau De Jour smells like this I want to try it.
>Lalique Hommage a l'homme
A nice alternative to Dior Fahrenheit, quieter and with a dry down reminiscent of YSL L'Homme. For me it is a mix between those two fragrances. Rare combination, I know. Sadly discontinued.
>Dunhill Century
Santal 33 but cleaner and more neroli based. One of those "niche designers" perfumes like Encre Noire.
>Encre Noire Sport
Aquatic vetiver, You probably have it. My favorite of the whole line but with a very poor duration.
>Chanel Allure Homme Edtion Blanche
Meh. I may be a reformulation autist, but Chanel destroyed this perfume.
2 hours on skin and quality much worse than previous versions. Don’t buy it.

Acqua di Parma Colonia with ambroxan.

Yes the 90s one, but's reworked in the new bamboo bottle. 90s Kenzo smells like soft floral aquatic with creamy sandalwood in the drydown, reminds me of Akigalawood/Bois Imperial.
Kenzo Marine is similar to the Intense, but more airy, aquatic, it still has the pickled cucumber note from the intense.

Everytime i eat salty crackers i get horny as fuck for white girls. Especially the saltened side of a cracker reminds me of a sweaty, pink-white feet sole of a white girl.

Thoughts on the Hermès "Eau de" and "Concentre de" lines? I tried them and Voyage several years ago and the only thing I remember is that they smelled amazingly natural, fruity and fresh fresh in a very realistic way. Which are the best of the line? Are there other frags like this from other brands (not niche)?

>> No.17627072

>>17627065
they're good, but they don't last very long (which is kind of by design, they're supposed to be fresh and airy eau de colognes)
I think eau de rhubarbe is my favorite, rhubarb is kind of a rare note in perfumery and it smells really nice there
the Jardin line is also worth taking a look at if you like this sort of style. my favorite from that is Sur le Nil, which also performs better than the Eaus
the Guerlain line "aqua allegoria" has similar fragrances. "pamplelune" from that series was Luca Turin's favorite greapfruit fragrance and I agree that it smells great, a very hyperrealistic grapefruit with the zest and all
