In what brand could I get some quality skinny jeans like these? My Pull & Bear cheap stuff gets torn down within a year or two, I'm willing to spend more but I'm kinda lost.

I liked Levi's 519s but I won't realistically be able to be some, model is discontinued in my region. I'm more likely to get known brands in my area.
