It's a throwback to the "neat 90s" thing. Which was in turn a reopting of 50s non sloppy shirt. You saw this a lot with anything that had a belt if you were going to wear an open jacket. For example shirts under blazers or suits. If you look at old japanese video games with guys in suits, IE SNK stuff, you can see it in that toward the 90s moreso. The oversize thing is very 90s though. The print makes it sloppy as do the terrible pants. This one is particularly bad because of the cobrabelt being on shittier pants. Feels very fake korean mode. Pedo brand too.
