I like the model but I have 2 comments.

First of all, why can’t you get this shoe in size 13? It seems like most webshops where I’m from at least only go up to 12.5

Cant answer your first question but, as to your second. I have supremely fucked up knees due to a medical issue. If I have to be on my feet for any extended period of time. The only shoe I can wear are Converse All Stars. The reason is they don't alter your natural walking gait. Size 13 you're probably taller than average and tall people tend to have knee issues as they age. I would stick to flat shoes if I were you, I know it sucks but, it beats years of pain and inevitable surgical intervention.

Do the Club C's in half sizes actually exist?

I can't seem to find them anywhere in my country, i'm normally US11.5, sometimes can sneak in 11 or 12's but i've tried on the Club C in both sizes and I fit in neither.
