Of course not. Why bother? There's a million blue fragrances out there to choose from by now, all with the Bleu base and a twist on top. What do they have that stands out?
As with all Armafs, I doubt they are anywhere near the quality of Chanel. Clones are rarely near the quality of the original and Armaf has been exceptionally bad at making good clones (in my experience). That being said, I can't find it at a proper price as of right now. Cheapest I found was 55€/105mL, which doesn't compare that well to the 77€/100mL I paid for BdC EdP. Unless they put a tester bottle in a store somewhere, I doubt I will ever have a reason to put my nose to this.

Do you buy spares of fragrances you love? Or just keep one and hope it's still in stock and for a reasonable price when you run out?

I'm iffy because 100ml does last a while especially with many others in rotation but then again it always happens that stuff I like disappears. I suppose I can always price gouge people for it on ebay if I get sick of it.

They removed some chemical due to EU regulations and the alcohol concentration changed from 78% to 82% but the opinions are all over the place. Some say it smells different but performs much better and others say that it smells the same but the performance took a huge hit. I just spray one on the inside of each wrist, get a little on my sleeves too. One on the adam apple collar one area. Do ya'll think there are fragrances that are suited to something like a date night, yet not too overbearing for everyday use? I'm a new poorfag and, for the time being, am just trying to pick out one winter/fall and one summer/spring signature scent type fragrances.

I'm not asking for specific recommendations (though they're welcome) I'm just asking if there are fragrances that are versatile in the ways I mentioned, and how rare are these kinds of frags?

Leather is absolutely hit and miss with women, same with certain "tobacco" frags. Tobacco mostly never comes alone, usually they are gourmand-ish with a lot of added sweetness. Any recs for a wood based scent available in the US? I like sandalwood, balsam and labdanum, not a big fan of deep oud or overly fresh/sharp pine.
Trying to avoid tobacco, floral, fruity, sweet, fresh, citrus, except as top notes that fade quickly.
Nutty, rum/cognac, spices, leather, vanilla, and amber are fine as long as the wood is the main scent.

Something like the smell of an old wooden chest you found in your grandparents attic. You open it and get a blast of that antique woody air as it escapes. Not musty but not fresh either. Resinous.

He's retarded. A note is not the same as ingredients/chemical.

One ingredient might smell like something particular or have facets of different smells or depending how it's used, how much etc. So it might say two different notes on the list, but they come from the same ingredient.

Combine two or more notes and you have an accord, just like playing guitar.
You can recreate a note if a ingredient have been banned, by creating an accord. Like oakmoss, although you can still use a tiny percentage of real oakmoss absolut.
Or you can create a fantasy note like amber, which is typically made with Labdanum, vanilla and resins like benzoin.

The only one I can find is bath and body works "body spray" which isn't a perfume it's water based and low concentration.
Found a few with spearmint but no peppermint. Maybe there's no way to extract the scent and no synthetic version of it.

That damp, muddy, fungal, slightly musty smell at the bottom of a riverbank, with a little bit of rotting wood mixed in. ty in advance for any suggestions.
