I have to be honest and tell you I think it looks silly. First of all, this looks like a 19th and not 20th-century greatcoat, which adds to the main problem of it looking quite obviously dated. There are a lot of fashion retailers that sell modernized great coats (officer's coats) that are shorter, have more modern cuts, and have modern features. You should save your money to buy one of those if you like them or try to tailor yours to look more like them.

That doesn't really matter; if you're going to the trouble to procure and wear something this unusual (this isn't necessarily bad, it's just objectively quite different from most clothes people wear today), it's expected that you get the basic details right, like not wearing jeans, especially in a fairly ugly wash that doesn't go at all with the rest of what you're wearing, and in a slim fit that ruins whatever silhouette you might be going for with the coat. You have a pretty narrow frame, very skinny legs and your torso is a bit small atm which is why some people here are taking the piss out of how your coat gets wider round your hips.
