The shoes. I'm not living. Have you tried a nice black boot maybe with a heel? Steve Madden has some cheaper ones that look nice. Other than that, the coat really does most of the talking here, so I would recommend to keep it simple like you already are, but try a more interesting shirt. Maybe a deep v, or just something more interesting.
