For example, the Cartier Santos bracelet doesn't have a micro-adjust, but it just so happens that it fits my wrist perfectly, so I never need to adjust anything.
While, on the other hand, the Omega Aqua Terra doesn't have a micro-adjust. If I took the half-link out, it was too tight, but with it in, it was too loose. I didn't want to wear the watch on a strap, so I ended up returning the watch, since it would never be comfortable.
