A lot of women are not really that attractive, it just feels like the bar for what is presentable is way lower for men. And if they aren't fat or unkempt with gross beards, most styles for men are incredibly bland and conservative. Workwear makes you look old and fat and SEXcore is gross. Women have way more options in presentation so it's easier to find a style that flatters them.

It's kinda the opposite here in LA. I'd say about 40% of the guys I see are skinny or fit and well-dressed and styled, while 80% of women are noticeably overweight and 95% dress like shit. I've noticed that it's the other way around in some places though, I was in northern Nevada recently and saw tons of skinny cute chicks in decent outfits while nearly every dude I saw was a fatass.
