Having good hair stops being as important after your 30s where most guys are either stop styling their hair so much or are balding themselves. Besides this, you could just get a hair transplant if you are really that insecure about it.

There is, however, absolutely no hope for manlets. To this day I haven't seen a single style that looks better on manlets than it does on taller people. You can't grow taller no matter how hard you try you'll always be short.
