You can get half-decent cheap toolkits off Amazon these days. They're not amazing but I've been able to size my Seiko 5 Sports and Oceanus at home without too much difficulty once I figured out what I was doing. Just make sure you employ an abundance of caution when it comes to not ruining finishing.
