hermes voyage is more similar to the normal declaration probably. declaration d'un soir is a nice "whole fresh rose with the stem and leaves" smell + some fresh spices and sandalwood. very summer-worthy for a rose scent

I guess you could also take the JeP Neroli Intense pill, that's a very fresh white floral + citrus combo that's extremely cheap too. smells very similar to 4711 or neroli portofino
