Oh a kettle bell in this situation is nice too! Just like throw in a couple swings when you walk by it.
Also look up Hindu squats and push ups, I found those more fluid and a lot smoother on the joints. Personally I start getting stiff if I do regular barbell exercise too much, on those variations are like yoga almost it feels great to do.

from what I've read, depending on what you're aiming for you should always have a lot of resistance, BUT if you're trying to build muscle then you should try to cycle slowly, because the faster you cycle, the more efficient you get, therefore you're doing it with more ease and stressing your muscles and heart less overall
you're probably right that a treadmill is better, before I got the bike I would go jogging at the park, and it felt way better. I still go jogging from time to time, but these days it's way too hot and it's too dangerous at night. I wish I had the space for a treadmill. God I wish summer would end already

I’m back to restricting after a few weeks not logging what I eat, but I only gained a few pounds. In a day or so I’ll do a fast for 3-5 days and that should get me back to a nicer weight. I think I ate often enough for long enough that people won’t notice this plan but I guess we’ll see

I guess you could eat fiber supplements too but I personally don’t like them and you would still need to drink more water.

Having a shit schedule literally keeps it from hanging out too long and drying out in your colon, becoming hard & causing you to strain (strain = hemorrhoids). Pound a big glass of water before your morning piss, should help get you started. Coffee and a cig is easy mode obviously if you like those.
