if you don't have a local shop with display models, measure the circumference of your wrist: with your fingers splayed, wrap a tailor's measure or a piece of string round the part of the wrist where you feel most comfortable wearing a watch

I was looking at 856 and 556 seconds hand and I found a Sinn 856 UTC S for 900€. The watch has been revised entirely a month ago and the crystal replaced.
The only issue is that it has quite a bit of scratches, and they really show with that black coating.
Is it still worth buying ? The seller tells me Sinn doesn't redo coating.

This watch got super popular from reviewers and the 'watch community' praising it. Imo it sucks because tissot bracelets (and even their straps) are notoriously dogshit, so regardless of how you like the rest of the watch you're getting an integrated bracelet design with a terrible bracelet. I just tried it in a local clock store. I don't know if its the lightning inside the store, but the watch face looks much darker IRL than on pictures. Looks more blackish than blue.

On my Lineage you have to input the timezone at the beginning, i doubt it has a way of knowing in which timezone it is. Seiko Astron has it because it actually works off of GPS signal.
