anyone tried more than one Uncle Seiko strap? I had the waffle strap for a while but I found it incredibly uncomfortable so I put it back on the factory silicone strap. but I don't like the look of the factory strap and was thinking of getting the GL831

I have not been impressed by the Uncle Seiko straps or bracelets that I've tried. They look really good, but in terms of materials they aren't great.

In terms of a rubber straps that look like a 60's era diver, I like the Strapcode FKM Tropic strap. It's very soft and comfortable.

What constitutes and "expensive watch"? Generally speaking I'd say, GS and Omega are treated as affordable luxury, yet I see them easily creeping into the high end of 4 figures. When is a watch expensive? 10k? 20k? 30k? I find it hard to believe many middle class anons would even go up to the 5 or 8k for a watch.
