technology/design tends to fall into two categories, that which is functional and enriches or that which exists for its own sake (monotechnics) and moves along its own trajectory removed from reality. in homes things/items should be personal and generally serve a purpose (even if just to be aesthetic). cheap trends/filling shelves with useless items to give the artifice of being personable, that fall out of trend quickly and must immediately be replaced with more junk, do not offer anything practical or aesthetic. i am not the poster but also dislike mindless trend following. you may find the books 'a pattern language' (more about city design) and technics (about technology) interesting.

USA interior design is a reflection of their primitive and backward culture.
They lack proper regulations towards protecting the consumer that any real developed country has because
>mah freedom
For example they can away with advertising a block of shit as a cheddar cheese when it only has less than 10% of actual cheese in it.

American interiors are repulsive to the eyes, they don't know how to combine shape, colors and texture of the materials. And when it comes to the materials they have an excessive tendency to use laminated wood or look alike plastic that resembles metal. Which after 5 or 6 years of regular use looks wears off and looks terrible.
American forniture doesn't have to go through the same kind of quality control that any EU nation has, for example you can't name a few pieces of wood a bed or sofa unless it fulfills certain ergonomics standards

I was actually focusing on the beginning part of the statement, so yes I guess I quoted the wrong portion and europoors don't know what ergonomics mean...unless you retards have committees that spec what angle your chair back can be.

Large mirrors or daylight bulbs. Mirrors will reflect what natural light you do get and will not only make the room brighter but will provide the illusion of more space. Daylight bulbs (also known as full spectrum bulbs) are pretty common and will, as the name implies, simulate daylight. They're nice for augmenting your extant natural light during the day but having them on at night can be harsh and may mess with your circadian rhythm so make sure to also have some warmer bulbs around.

Bhutan also has an average IQ of 80, which is below Koko the Gorilla and stupid people are happy no matter what, which is propably why they enjoy living in conditions most of us would sunsett themselves. To equat all happiness to the quality of sleep is further a sign of retardation. While sleep quality is a great component to, especially marital, happiness (resulting in lower divorce rates and a more relaxed character), it's not the alpha and omega. More financial stability allows for even greater happiness and is probably one of the reasons why most of the world only has a single double duvet instead one for each member of the family.

Sleeping on actual hard ground is good for your spin, not sleeping on a thick matress without any airing underneath, which only promotes mold growing. The later is just being a poor fag and thinking you can meme it into something artsy fartsy. Sadly for you, you aren't the first poorfag doing it, which is why it has become a basic bitch meme of itself. Not sure if a beframe made out of paletts would make it worse or better tho. Maybe just work and buy an actual one OR if you are o inclined, buy an actua rollable futon to be aired out and stored away. I heard weens love that shit.
