Linen and cotton fabrics. I prefer long sleves (if need be rolled up), but that depends on your melanisation as well as age. I don't think that adult males should dress in short sleeves, outside of sports. But if you like you can try out simple cotton polos. They go fine with basically nearly very style if combined properly from posh to casual.

Anon, once you start getting a proper salary you realise that every office has air conditioning. If you're not retarded, you also learn to buy summer suits made of natural fabrics which prevent excessive sweating unlike their polyester brethen. You will be surprised how much cooler you re wearing a cotton undershirt with a linen long sleeve when comparing to a mixed fabric short sleeve. Not only does the sweat dry instantly, but the sun also doesn't actively burn on your skin.
