I am guessing that this look originated from foreign tourists in the "party center" parts of major cities. I have only really seen people dressed like this in Hong Kong's LKF or in touristy parts of Italy

What we call SEXcore was born out of the trending style the of 00's. But despite being seen as very masculine, it came from very the feminine practices of rock stars very tight pants, and revealing shirts which gave birth such as the dreaded v-neck being used. Mix it up with what would be consider as fashion staples according to influencers at the time and wah-la, the modern man was ready for the SEX.

It's autism, but what bothers me most is the guy in the middle right in the leather jacket. He's wearing a t-shirt, a sweater, and a leather jacket over it. 3 layers and you can still see the form of his muscles through it. That's horseshit.
