Issey miyake homme plisse. I think they are mostly Japan exclusiv. You can look around on Grailed or international ebay. I don't think you'll be able to cop them fom retail. Only if you visit Japan, buy resell or second hand resell.

The guy in the Pic (Ken Iijima) used to do proxy requests for those. Nowadays he has a decent following so I don't know if he still proxys.
