That doesn't look good, at least in my opinion. It looks "good" because it's a staged photo where you're led to believe, at least via context, that it is attractive. In any other context, that hair + beard + glasses combo would represent "dude that will sell you prepaid cell phone minutes in a mall kiosk."

We have the same thing in America for sure. I know guys like this, they look absolutely idiotic in person, and yet have the good grace to make sure their photos look at least okay. In reality, they put people off because they try too hard and look a little bit too strange.

That said, you could make that fit way better by just making it more realistic. Slightly longer trousers, add some no-show socks or just socks, unbutton a button or two, calm down with the hair, and you've got a dude that looks sophisticated but relaxed.
