I love the the SBGW231 and classic Reverso, I have fallen out of love a bit with the Stowa Fliger but more so with the Fliger design. I have heard GS only keeps parts for 10-20 years and will not make new parts (as of now) for a watch, if they don't have them. So I would go with a JLC but for £3000 used the GS is hard to beat.

Titanium is "harder" to machine and more expensive as raw stock, which means it should be about 50-200 bucks more expensive than its SS equivalent.

Of course, that means that it's 500 dollars more at minimum, because fuck you. I used to really like the idea of titanium, but the major pro of it being lighter doesn't actually mean anything when all the titanium watches these days are chunky as shit. I'll never understand why people want hunks of metal strapped to their arm, bracelets should be light and thin, that's the whole utility of metal, you can have something stronger at the SAME thickness. Not something far too strong that's twice as thick as it needs to be weighing down your arm.
