Can anyone recommend me generic shirt brands that are tailored or elastic to fit someone with a small waist and wide shoulders and big arms?

Picture not me but sums up the issue. Wearing L for the top fit gives me a long bag at the bottom.

unironically, how about a really really big women's shirt? they are often cut with that taper right?

You have to buy mens shirts, that is exactly how a man is built

Big women's shirts is what I am used to. I am female.

Unfortunately they don't have the waist.

ask in roids thread on /fit/, there's a few brands I don't remember that cater to people with this problem but it's usually for men. I couldn't find pants that fit my 30" waist and 26" thighs that were less than $100 so I just wear sweatpants most of the time.

Or, just message Serena (I guarantee she'll reply) and ask her what she does

Shirts as in shirts? Buy them made to measure. Proper Cloth, or if you have more money, mercer and sons or turnbull and asser. If you mean tshirts, who gives a shit.
