This is a question you should answer yourself....
but I can tell you this - on one of my last days in class before graduating - my prof asked something I wish someone asked me before I picked my majors:

If you had billions of dollars and never had to work again - what would you do with your life?
(My answer didn’t align with what I studied I can tell you that)

Aside from the “nothing” answer which is an option but not very fulfilling...literally if you didn’t have to work another day in your life - what would you do???

Or you can spend your free time getting better at them so that in 10 years you can do it. I mean I don't expect you to take my advise seriously lol but it's just, if it's something you love doing I don't see why you wouldn't spend part of your free time on it. Whatever makes you the richest, or that you are in the top 10% worldwide. Being a mediocre anything is not cool.
Musician is extremely fa.

For realistic suggestions though, engineering and CS aren't terrible, but OG engineers and programmers are pretty rare now; everyone is a tryhard and success in the industry is just luck after you meet a basic skill threshold. Literally everybody and their mom nowadays works in these fields, so not effay unless you're actually good.
Mathematician, geologist or physicist can be effay, since you can earn a living wage but they're rare enough that you don't meet them everyday, and can act like you're smarter than others. But you'll never rake in big bucks doing them.
Finance and marketing are cool after a certain threshold, but lots of junior people end up whoring themselves out to get to the top.
Overall, choose something marketable but use your spare time in community college or university to make a serious attempt to pursue what you're naturally good at/want to do. Most people's "dreams" don't work out (and they don't like them as much as they thought they did), but nothing's more embarrassing than not trying.

I was a cook a line cook throughout high school and I hated it but it's a fun job if you like drugs. Then I went to college and did food studies while working on sets of food tv shows and stuff like BA. It was a lot of fun but the money is so shit and obviously the politics are retarded so I switched to more like business oriented food stuff. Right now I'm making really boring recipes with broad appeal but the upside is that the money is very good. I'm working on a pitch for a cookbook right now which would be unbelievably cool to do. pic related is a Korean glazed chicken I made for Thanksgiving

Sucks that you wasted a language slot on Swedish though, due to that I'd say that you really speak three languages not four. English is S tier, Spanish and German is A tier Swedish is D tier. I am a burger and I know English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portugese, so mostly Romance languages. I don't think Italian or Portuguese is that useful, French can be but as for English and Spanish those are essential in 'murica due to the Mexicans. I don't plan to learn any Asian languages because fuck chinks and bugman cultures. I definitely want to add German since it's good for business. I can't think of any other languages that I might add since I don't want to do business with the middle eastern muzzielands or anywhere else for that matter. I was learning a bit of Russian earlier but honestly unless you want to work in government or want to read literature it isn't worth it.

Do you think there's any realistic way that there is at least as much demand for Lego model building as there are autistic nerds who would do it for minimum wage? Or something more mainstream, there is just no way that most people who enjoy playing any given sport can do so professionally, even if they devote every waking moment to getting better at it, they have actual genetic limits ensuring they will never hack it. If a skinny ectomorph 5'4" dude wants to play in the NFL more than anyone else in the world does it doesn't fuckin matter, he will never ever be able to compete. electrical engineer here,
work for a utility doing protection and control
pensions are pretty effay
90k in the southwest in my 20's is as well
otherwise not effay at all tho, but i'll write up a bit
pretty low stress, generally don't work very hard, and if i get more on my plate than usual i bill for overtime even if i'm still working less than 40 hours (salary but track time against job numbers)
wfh now and the workload has slowed during covid, so i don't usually head into the office unless i need prints or have to do lab checks, on the days i have to do checkouts at substations i wear a tailored FR shirt (tucked or untucked), japanese denim and red wing classic mocs... park at the office and take a work truck to the site

i'm supposed to wear safety toes but the safety toe mocs are xbox huge and hurt
i get vouchers for red wing every year so i've got 5 heritage pairs now
i'm in air conditioned control houses at subs anyway and not allowed to do any physical work so it's really just for show
iron rangers are pretty versatile, but i don't wear the classic mocs to the office, i'll change into them before i hit the substation, put on my hardhat from where i park the truck and take it off when i walk into the control house (again essentially just for show, there's no need for me to walk under equipment so i'm never in danger)

downside is i work in the southwest so heat eliminates layering as an option
the office is pretty casual with most people wearing casual shoes, jeans, and a polo
the older guys all wear jeans with a dress shirt (seems to be the uniform across utilities)

i just make sure everything fits well and don't rock the boat too much, dress up jeans with shirts, dress down chinos (sweaters in the winter or polos/ untucked style long sleeve button downs in the summer) to get a look going that looks white bread enough to go management track

i'll add that hr at my utility tends to hire engineers that are able to converse well and seem personable
what i mean is they filter out the spergs so that the average engineer is technical, but also blends to a white bread "likes to hunt" or "like to golf" look
in my department that means field engineer that deals with tradies or management

there's only a few women and while we have some cuties in the engineering development program, meeting women isn't viable in my department
other departments have a lot more women and hr tends to only hire attractive women, so there's that but cross departmental interactions are limited once out of the development program

I have a business where I make photography and cinematography lighting for indoor and night shots to simulate daylight. I custom order the components, refraction and diffusion layers, lighting elements, casing, potentiometers, wiring and microcontrollers all from chinese sweatshops, then I assemble them in my apartment and ship them out through Amazon.
It pays well because I'm the only employee and I compete with big companies. Easy work too, other than initial setup and planning. I just have to fit things together.

It’s not too late...you can literally still go back to school and do something you enjoy. Or not - just go do something that doesn’t make you wish for a car accident on the way to work everyday.
I’ve been there and have made several changes over the past decade - sometimes takes a while to figure out exactly what you want out of life/work but having a job that you actually like and is fulfilling is more important than loads of money (ofc you need to be able to support yourself and yada yada - but you can do shit like flip houses to supplement your income)

Any job that involves working in your community is the most /fa/. I wage slave as a fish monger, but I know everyone in my local area, get to wear whatever I want, and get to deal with people on a regular basis. Plus the pay is good enough I can afford a place with my partner and I get to buy whatever clothes I want. honestly jobs like this are rare but working stuff like this is honestly the most "fulfilling"

>inb4 easy job/not demanding/challenging yourself/im a wagie
I have so much free time and its so so stress free that after hours I have the energy to do whatever I want which is honestly better than indebting myself to be a code monkey for the rest of my life in a completive soulless environment surrounded by basedmen or incels

post salty dog fits

Also the MOST fa job is an Oxymoron because working isn't effay and if you have to do anything someone else tells you it's not going to let you flex your full creative side to its fasionablest potential

You have to figure out how to whore yourself out most effectively and get independently wealthy so you can rock sick fits and only ever be in public for leisure or consumption. Anything less is not 'MOST' effay

Good luck! It's possible... a lot of people in this thread have said stuff along the lines of follow your passion and and anything is an industry these days wich is TRUE however many times turning your passion into a profession can destroy said passion. Not always, though, and finding that line is the real goal...
