All of them are kind of similar and all good.
Seikos are the cheapest, you can source it for 40 bucks. Extremely reliable and ubiquitous. Miyota 90xxs and ETA 28xxs are similar. Higher beat rate than Seikos and people debate which is better. ETAs are bidirectional but people report issues with handwriting them because of some problem with the crown assembly, I forgot. Maybe they fixed it on 2832s, I don't know. Miyotas are cheaper at $100, while ETAs are 200-250.

I have a miyota 9039, it was somewhat noisy at first, but now I guess it's broken in or something because outside of a silent empty room, it's really only noticeable if you do something to rapidly spin the rotor in the "free" direction like quickly swinging your arm. IMO it would only be worth complaining about if the movement was in a pricey refined watch.

It's worth noting that when a screw-down crown comes into the picture the WR ratings are usually accurate, and any watch with "diver" on the dial, usually above the depth rating, has actually been tested to withstand 20% greater pressures than it's indicated rating.

As another anon already said, one would need to generate a lot of force with their arm to make any meaningful pressure difference, this was all laid to rest in a WUS thread a decade ago.
