What does /wt/ think of the combat sub ?

I think it's starting to grow on my I can't help but keeping thinking is it another submariner homage or is it a watch in it's own right ? I feel like I've been poisoned against so many dive watches thinking "it's just a sub rip off".

I just want a super casual looking diver. I feel like the Submariner is the platonic ideal but out of my price range and also I think I've just been over-exposed to it. Love the Yema superman Air force but to be honest I'd rather have a ETA/sellita, STP even that fucking around with some hard to service movement for the sake of "muh inhouse"

What do /wt/ ?

Crazy idea here:
Just buy a watch in a size that fits you
There is nothing you can do to substantially thicken that part of your body. Maybe bigger forearms and hope the wrist thickens. But only precise training. Manual labour will be too slow to achieve results. There is just no muscle you can grow on your wrist. Getting fat is a solution, but the worst.

A luxury pen company that got into the watch game. Be as it may, they might overcharge, but they understand quality. I saw pic rel in a watch dealers window in Gran Canaria and almost busted a nut. The satin smoothness of the case and pushers, great proportions, even greater price, sadly. Their idea of recreating a bygone WATCH company aesthetic, instead of fashion shitters speaks on its own.
Are they worth the money, will they hold value? Hardly, but if it tingles your benis, remember that other watch companies at that price point are also almost all overpriced for what they truly are (IWC, Panerai)

I think on those old Omega quartz movements the crown adjusts the hour hand and theres a little button for the minute hand.
